Delete Your Account
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
- Open the AmlaKey app and sign in.
- Go to More → Profile → Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your request is recorded immediately and processed as described below.
Option 2 — Request deletion online
Fill in the form below with the email address on your AmlaKey account. We will verify the request and delete your account. You can also email amlakeyteam@gmail.com directly.
What is deleted
When your deletion request is verified, we remove your personal profile data from the active AmlaKey system, including:
- Your name, email address and phone number;
- Your login credentials and app session data;
- Your uploaded personal documents (e.g. ID/passport copies);
- Your notification and app preferences.
What may be retained, and why
Some records cannot be deleted immediately because they are required to run the property or to comply with the law of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Where retained, they are kept only as long as legally necessary and are no longer linked to your active account:

| Records under legal hold | Where required by law, court order, or to resolve a dispute |
Timeline
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete deletion of eligible personal data within 30 days. Records we are legally required to retain are held only for the period the law requires, then securely deleted.
